iCan for Kids

Hello, and welcome to the official website of iCan for Kids.

iCan for Kids is an organization that began in the summer of 2008 when four teenagers decided they wanted to do something to bring knowledge to their peers and bring more volunteers to the local children's hospital and autism center. After some thought, we decided to make a web site which would honor children who live or have lived with horrible illnesses and disabilities including pediatric cancer, cystic fibrosis, autism, immune deficiencies, genetic disorders, and much more. The four of us had always been interested and found joy in doing things to help out kids with special needs, so it just seemed to fit.

Currently, we are working on getting our website going and compiling our different Heroes pages. If you would like to see your hero featured on our site, please fill out the form on our Submit a Story page and we will get back to you ASAP. Also, if you have any questions, would like to know more about us, or can help in some way with the site, please e-mail us at theicankids@gmail.com. Before you leave, be sure to sign our guestbook as well.
